Service terms and refunds
These terms apply to the $249 CAD Website Accessibility Fix Plan. They are not legal advice.
What is purchased
The Fix Plan is a focused accessibility review and practical set of instructions. It is not legal advice, certification, or a guarantee that the entire website meets every legal or technical requirement. Each order covers one public website. We review the homepage and every available public path visitors use to contact you, donate, register, book, apply and buy, on desktop and mobile. We do not log in. We do not make a real purchase, donation, booking, or application, and we do not submit forms. Third-party paths are identified. If many flows are identical, we review a representative sample and state that in the report. If a site is exceptionally large or blocked, we pause rather than apply a hidden page cap.
It includes a self-contained accessible HTML report, a PDF copy, and one correction round for material factual errors. Delivery is within two business days after a valid request is accepted and the pages are publicly reachable.
Refunds
- A full refund applies if enough of the agreed public scope cannot be reviewed to produce a useful Fix Plan.
- A material item that is factually wrong will be corrected and the report reissued.
- If a useful corrected Fix Plan cannot be delivered, the payment is refunded in full.
